EXCHANGE/REFUNDS:

- All Items are copy only unless otherwise stated. No returns allowed on copy only items unless,
you make an accidental double purchase (same item, same color). You will be allowed to get a refund or an item from Raiment™ for equal or lesser value of the item you double purchased*.

- No refunds for wrong purchases. Please make sure you are buying the right item BEFORE you click buy/pay.


FAILED TRANSACTIONS:

- If you purchase an item at the inworld mainstore and it doesn't get delivered to you, touch the Redelivery terminal. If you still have not received your item, send notecard with transaction id number and full Second Life name to Smilez4mee Resident or see contact me page and submit form. You will be contacted within 24 hours.

- If available, please try on demos before making your purchase.
